Customisation
When it comes to customisations, we categorise them into three types: Made-to-order, Made-to-measure, and Bespoke. Although the end products may appear similar, several key differences set them apart.
Made-to-order
The garment is typically created based on standard patterns and sizes, with your preferred choice of material from the available material swatches.
Suitable for: Customers who find a good fit in the fitting garment, with minimal alteration required, and prioritise quick delivery
Availability: All year-round
Made-to-measure
Adjustments can be made to the standard pattern to ensure a better fit, such as the length of the jacket, the angle of the sleeves, etc. Yet with your preferred choice of material from the available material swatches.
Suitable for: Customers who require an adjustment to the fitting garment and prioritise quick delivery
Availability: All year-round and trunkshow
Bespoke
You and the artisan begin your journey together, creating everything from the ground up without any pre-made patterns, merging your style with the artisan’s vision and experience, resulting in a one-of-a-kind garment made just for you.
The Bespoke service can only be conducted during the trunkshows where our bespoke artisans visit our store
Suitable for: Customers who are eager to explore the art of tailoring, as it’s a process that benefits from patience and dedication. You might enjoy several fittings along the way.
